Strategy is the key term in understanding the business world. Unfortunately, the term has been used in two different scientific communities with little cross-fertilization. These communities are the strategic management community and the game theory community. This course shows what game theory has to offer to the strategic management literature. The focus is on specific business cases and game theory will be used to analyze the cases and game theory will be used to analyze the case. Topics that will be covered include: Promotions, E-commerce, Strategic Reactions to entry, Advertising.
